Our Senior troupe consists of a leader, mascot and 12 girls in the line. We only formed the troupe this year so they had a bit of rocky start but they have finally got it together now and have started to get a few 1st places! We started the year with 10 girls, a Leader & a Mascot but that number had dropped to 8 in the line by the time we were ready to dance out, which made it almost impossible to get placed in league 1! After 4 or 5 dances we were joined by Lisa, Steph, Wendy and Julie (from Glenshields) who made the numbers up to 12 - what an excellent partnership - the troupe didn't look back and went on to win most weekly competitions - earning them Troupe, Leader & Mascot of the year! PLUS they became 2003 Champions with Championship Leader & Mascot!! |
